Shipping Terms and Conditions

  • Although the delivery time for most shipments is typically within 2 to 3 weeks, due to various unpredictable factors, we unfortunately cannot guarantee this.
  • Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are levied by the customs office of the destination country. In the event that such charges are incurred, we bear no responsibility for them. The recipient is obligated to pay these charges. It is advisable to consult your local customs office prior to placing an order.
  • In the event that the recipient is unavailable during the delivery or fail to collect the package promptly, the package could be returned or disposed of. No refund will be issued in such cases.
  • If you receive an email notification instructing you to get in touch with the courier due to a failed delivery, please contact the courier within 72 hours. Failure to comply will lead to the package being discarded. No refund will be issued in such cases.
  • Please make certain that the delivery personnel can reach the delivery location without hindrance, otherwise, the package could be returned or disposed of. No refund will be issued in such cases.
  • Please ensure your shipping address is complete, accurate and valid at checkout; if delivery fails due to an incorrect or incomplete address and the package is safely returned to our warehouse, we will issue a refund for the order value only, with shipping fees being non-refundable, and no refunds will be granted if the package has been delivered to the incorrectly provided address.
  • If the tracking information indicates that the package has been delivered but the recipient did not receive it, please contact us within 10 days from the delivery date. Otherwise, it will be presumed that the order has been successfully received by the recipient.
  • Once your order has been handed over to the courier and marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, we are no longer responsible for the package. Delivery confirmation, including tracking information or proof of delivery (e.g., photo or GPS location), serves as evidence that the package has been successfully delivered to the specified address. Please monitor tracking information closely and retrieve packages promptly upon delivery.
  • If the recipient did not receive the order within 30 days of receiving the shipping confirmation email, please contact us with the order email address and order number, we will investigate the situation.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
